AVAILABLE IN SPRING 2024:

. BLEND ONE 2020, 3200 bottles produced. Blend One is a handcrafted organic Bordeaux blend comprising 52% Merlot, 26% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Cabernet Franc, 1% Petit Verdot

. BLEND TWO 2017, 1040 bottles produced. Blend Two is a handcrafted organic Bordeaux blend comprising 54% Cabernet Franc, 23% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Petit Verdot.

. BLEND THREE 2017, 1500 bottles Produced. Blend Three is a handcrafted organic Bordeaux blend comprising 74% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Petit Verdot.

HARVEST AND WINEMAKING:

. At the vineyard, the grapes are meticulously handpicked and painstakingly groomed to insure that only clusters with perfect berries are delivered to the winery.

. At the winery, the grapes are foot trodden and hand destemmed for a pure berry autochthonous fermentation.

. Native yeasts fermentation in 1000L high grade 316 stainless steel tanks for 4+ weeks, followed by six weeks of extended maceration.

. Wines are aged 12 months in 150L French oak barrels.

. After bottling the wines are cellared to complete a minimum of four years from harvest till releasing to the consumer.
