What’s in Our Wines

Hand crafted organic wines with velvety texture and luscious flavors of distinction.

Anthologia:

Made with organic grapes and aged in small French oak barrels.
Anthologia is a compendium of five noble grape varieties, namely, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Petit Verdot.
The wine is highly complex and is best enjoyed with fine food in company of great friends!!.

Terra Invicta:

Aged in small Iberian chestnut barrels.
This wine is made with the Portuguese noble grape variety Touring National grown in the township of
Aljubarrota. "Terra Invicta” is a tribute to the warriors, national and allies, that fought in the historic
‘Battle of Aljubarrota’ on 14 August 1385, giving rise to Portugal’s Sovereignty and Independence
from the Kingdom of Leon and Castile.

Vinum Benedictus:

Made with organic grapes.
This wine is dominated by the white grape variety Roussanne blended with a small amount of
Grenache Blanc. “Vinum Benedictus” pays homage to the Cistercian order of monks that settled in Alcobaca,
circa 1153 and proliferated wine-growing in the region. The vineyard is a mere 3km from the
Monastery, and it is conceivable that the monks may have cultivate our property in their 700 years
tenure at Monastery of Alcobaca.
